Dedicated Event Landing Pages
One major change with redesigned Events is dedicated event landing pages! The event landing pages have lots of customization options for your organization to have a stronger event presence online. Let’s take a look.
Event-specific banner image and event-specific theme options and colors
Easy-to-skim event details summary
“Sticky” registration button that sticks to the top of the page when scrolling and widget support for social sharing, video, thermometers, and other custom content
Standalone donation button and interface that can be used after the event has ended or registration has closed
A New Registration Experience
The new event registration offers a modern aesthetic, in line with updates we’ve made to donation and peer-to-peer registration forms. And with a distraction-free registration modal, the flow of registration is simpler and more streamlined for your registrants.
Here’s a peek at what the new flow looks like for registrants.
Registration form opens in a modal when registrants click to register, and ticket packages update to highlight key info, including number of tickets and discount opportunities.
Ticket package groupings to organize your registration form into sections
Optional gift callout
Confirmation page with summary for registrants and clear “next action"

Please note:
- In order to update your event registration forms, your organization will need to be using Qgiv’s updated donation forms. When you update a legacy event, most settings will remain the same, although we do suggest double-checking your settings. The main update your organization will need to make after opting in is to customize your new event landing page.
- If you've embedded your legacy event registration on an external site, you'll also need to update your widgets.
