Introduction
To get started, you'll need to toggle on the Events Banner in your control panel and then customize the Events Widget in Form Builder. When someone clicks on the banner on your form, they'll be taken to your events list where they can choose an event they'd like to register for.
Here's what that looks like:
Activating the Events Banner
To toggle on the Events Banner:
- Go to your form-level control panel.
- Click Events.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Toggle on Enable Events Banner.
The banner will now appear above your donation form as shown below.

Configuring the Events Widget in Form Builder
To customize the Events List, head to the form your event is tied to, click Form Builder in the upper-right corner, and then choose Events List from the drop-down.
You can also access the Events List from the Event Builder. Just click View All Content in the top right corner of the screen and then use the drop-down menu as explained above.
In the image shown below, we've already got a couple of events set up on the form.
The Top Content and Bottom Content areas function just like those in the donation page sections of Form Builder. You can add text, images, or embedded videos.
In the Upcoming Events section, you can customize the Title text and add Additional Text that will appear below it, if desired.
When you click the gear icon to edit the section that houses the Events listing, you'll see quite a few options. You can adjust the widget Title and include optional Additional Text. You can also choose to Display Event Dates, Event Location, and/or Event Prices. All of the text fields in the edit view are editable.
- If you have free packages, you can customize the Free Text.
- You can adjust the Button Text and Button Text for Past and Sold Out Events
- The Display Icon checkbox determines whether an icon of a ticket appears on the button.
- If there aren't any upcoming events associated with your forms, you can adjust the language that displays on your form in the No Events Text field.
