This article will walk you through the Settings tab in the Events area of redesigned donation forms.
This article covers the Settings for our redesigned events experience. If you're using a legacy event, check out this article instead.
Please note: Any changes you make in this tab will impact all of the active events on the form.

On the Settings tab, you’ll find the General Settings for your Events Banner.
When enabled, the Events Banner will display above the donation form to encourage your donors to visit your event listing.
Please note: The Events Banner will only display on your donation form if you have an active event.
Banner Text and Links
You can customize the Events Message to display a short note directing donors to click the Link Text, which will display in the form’s primary color.
When a donor visits the event listing, a corresponding banner will appear above the Upcoming Events list to direct donors back to the donation form.
As with the Events Message, you can customize the Donations Message and Link Text to display a short note of your choice.
For all banner text, we recommend keeping your message short and sweet.
Default Form View
Next, Select a Default View for your form.
If you select Donations, your form will default to the donation form with the banner directing visitors to your event list.
If you select Event List, your form will default to the event list with the banner directing visitors to your donation form.
Next to each option, you can also click Copy URL to copy the URL for your donation form or event list.
Once you’ve configured your banner text and Default View, click the Save Settings button to save your work.
