Bug Fixes 🐛

Conditional custom fields tied to specific donation amounts no longer display for all amounts in the Virtual Terminal.
The Auction Attendees report is once again displaying custom field responses.
Peer-to-peer Classifications are once again respecting cutoff times for all time zones.
Peer-to-peer Categories are once again respecting team creation permissions.
The Facebook widget is no longer overflowing its container for some users.
