We update the Qgiv system biweekly. Keep reading for a selection of the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the latest update.
Features and Enhancements ✨
- The biggest news this week is that the new customizable dashboards Beta is now available to all organizations. Customizable dashboards will become the default for all users on Monday, June 20. Tune into tomorrow's webinar to see a demo of the changes.
- Speaking of data, Giving Essentials and Data users can now add the Donation Message field to the Transactions report using Custom Reports.
- Great news for Salesforce users! Our Salesforce integration now supports soft credits for peer-to-peer fundraisers.
- We’ve also tweaked the matching logic for the DonorPerfect integration to reduce the creation of duplicate records.
- For API users, we’ve added export data from Data Mapping to our Transactions API.
- And if you use Google Tag Manager tracking on your forms, that tracking can now be cloned when creating new forms.
- Finally, auction donations processed outside of registration can now be marked as Anonymous by donors.
Bug Fixes 🐛
- GiftAssist for a peer-to-peer donation made during registration now appears as a line item in the P2P Donations report.
- Also, declined transactions no longer appear on the Auction Purchased Items report.
- Classifications are no longer displaying as required in the Virtual Terminal for peer-to-peer events with classifications disabled.
- Anonymous peer-to-peer donations only show to the participant who received the donation, not to the participant’s teammates, as intended.
- Check numbers for donations made in the Auctions Virtual Terminal are once again displaying on the Transaction Details page.
- The recurring summary page for donation forms is now pulling in the correct theme attributes, including custom CSS.
- Finally, as a reminder, if you’re an organization admin, you can add or remove packages to your Qgiv account. Check out this help desk article to learn how.
