eCheck refunds can now be processed seven days after the eCheck transaction was made to prevent nonprofits being double debited if a return was requested by the donor’s bank after a refund was issued.
No one likes a surprise bill! We’ve modified our outbound SMS billing process. Starting in November, nonprofits with SMS overages will be charged for the previous month rather than billing overages daily.

Bug Fixes
The “Open Checkout” prompt in auction settings has been moved to only the Virtual Terminal. Now admins aren’t at risk of accidentally ending auctions early while trying to make changes to auction event settings.
Fixed a bug causing large auction item images to be resized too small in the Givi app. Now auction item images will be resized to fit just right!
Donors no longer have to play hide and seek when trying to give to a particular peer-to-peer classification! We’ve given Classifications their own column to make giving to the right one easier for your donors.
When you specify that a peer-to-peer store item has attributes, the system will now require you to enter attributes so the item displays properly in the Virtual Terminal.
If you decrease the number of participants in a package after a package was sold, the number of available packages will not change even if the original package included more participants. The original package sold also will not decrease the participant number.
Auction item categories can now be set to start and end on the same date as long as the end time is after the start time.
We’ve set a limit of 2,500 on the number of text fundraising contacts organizations can import at one time to prevent the process from timing out and importing incorrectly.
You can now update your Auction Settings after the event has ended.
