Promo codes make it easy to set up discounts for certain groups of people that may register for your campaign. You have full control over how they can be used and who can use them.

Getting Started
To get started, click Promo Codes within Registration Setup in your form-level control panel.
In this section, you'll see two tabs at the top of the page: a Manage tab and a Settings tab.
Promo Code Settings
In the Settings tab, you'll decide whether you want registrants to be able to use more than one unique promo code per transaction.
When toggled on, Limit participants to one unique promo code per transaction means that once a registrant has used a promo code, they can’t use a second code in the same transaction.
If you toggle this option on or off, make sure to click Save Settings before navigating away from this tab.
Adding a Promo Code
To add a code, click on the Manage tab, and then, click Add New Promo Code.
In the Promo Code field, enter the code that registrants will use at checkout. If applicable, you may also enter a Description, such as "50% off."
If the Discount Type is a flat amount, choose the Amount option. If it’s a percentage off the total fee, choose the Percentage option. Enter the appropriate amount or percentage in the Discount field.
Next, you’ll see some options to limit the use of your promo code.
Max Uses Overall limits the total number of uses of the code for the campaign, across all transactions.
Max Uses Per Transaction limits the number of participants the code can be applied to for each transaction. For example, if you choose 1 for Max Uses Per Transaction, a registrant could register multiple participants, but the promo code would only apply to one of them.
The Max Uses Per Transaction setting is unaffected by the Limit participants to one unique promo code per transaction setting.
By default, these settings are set to 1. You can use the + and – buttons or type in the box to adjust the amount, or you can click the infinity icon to set unlimited uses.
If you want to Enable Start and End Dates for the promo code, you can toggle that option on. Then, use the calendars in the Start Date and End Date fields to set the promo code’s start and expiration dates. You can also type the dates into the fields if you don’t want to use the calendar.
If your campaign has multiple categories enabled, you can use the Categories field to limit the promo code's use to certain category types. You can also click Select All if you want the code to be applicable to all categories. If you have a single registration category, you won't see this field.
Click Add New Promo Code to save your work.
Manage Codes
In the listing of promo codes, you will see Edit and Delete buttons that can be used at any time to update details or delete the promo code altogether. Codes can be reordered by dragging and dropping within the list to the desired order.
You can also easily toggle promo codes on and off during the campaign, if necessary. You can see how many promo codes have been used by checking the Total Used in the main listing.
