Fundraising Hub Setup
To get started, you'll want to hop into your Fundraising Hub and configure your settings. Select your Fundraising Hub from the Forms menu in your left-hand navigation.
You can also go to Form Management in the org-level control panel and select Manage Hub.
You'll be taken to your Fundraising Hub dashboard. Along the left, you'll see your control panel. To configure your settings, click Hub Settings.
You'll land on the Fundraising Hub Settings page. In the first section, you'll fill out your Fund Hub Information.
Enter an Internal Hub Name. This will only be visible on the admin side and won't be visible to people visiting your public-facing Fundraising Hub.
Next, add any informational Form Tags you'd like to use. These tags are for internal use and will not display on your public-facing form.
Then, enter the Hub Name. This will be the public-facing name of your Fundraising Hub!
When you're ready to go live with your Fundraising Hub, you can change the status to Active in the Hub Status drop-down. You can also disable or close the hub completely.
Next, enter your Hub Goal.
In the Forms & Events to Include field, select the form or forms you'd like to display information for in your FundHub Live.
Next, you'll see the Search Settings section.
These options exist to make searching through multiple associated forms a bit easier when a Fundraising Hub is being used to show the fundraising progress across a variety of Qgiv donation and peer-to-peer forms.
In the Advanced Settings, you'll need to enter a Fund Hub Alias before saving your settings. This will be appended to the end of your Fund Hub URL. Make sure you don't update this after you've already sent out marketing communications—all of your links will be broken if you do!
Click Save Hub Settings when you've configured settings to your liking.
If you'd like to add links to your social media accounts and add content that will appear when someone shares your Fundraising Hub on Facebook, head to the Social Settings item in the control panel. We won't go over the nitty gritty of this section in this article since you'll just be using this to cast your FundHub Live page!
