Do you recommend a minimum connection speed when using Givi without Wi-Fi?
If you're using Givi or a web browser for auction bidding without a Wi-Fi connection, we recommend, at minimum, fast 3G with 1.5 Mb/s download speed.

How do I update my organization’s profile that appears in Givi?
In your organization-level control panel, click Givi under Fundraising.
Then, click the My Givi Profile tab. You can enter your organization’s address, phone number, website, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter) URLs, and description. You can also select an image to display as the background of your organization's card in the app.
You can also set an image to display on your organization's Givi card. To select a card background, click Change Card Background and select an image from your computer. The image will display for users who favorite your org.
How do donations made in Givi show up in Qgiv?
Donations made in Givi will show up in your activity feed and reports just like your Qgiv donations, but with the source marked as Givi. In reports, you’ll see Givi – iOS or Givi – Android, depending on the type of device used by the donor.
Can a donor make a recurring donation in Givi?
Yep! You can toggle recurring donations on or off by going to Givi > My Givi Profile and scrolling down to the Givi Settings section. You can also choose which donation frequencies you’d like to make available to donors, as well as if you’d like them to be able to enter an end date for their recurring donations.
Does Givi support restrictions?
Sure does! To add a restriction, click Givi in your control panel, and then click the Restrictions tab. Click Add New Restriction and enter a name. You can enter a description, if desired. Once you’ve saved you restriction, it will appear in the app for donors! Givi does NOT support custom/sub-restrictions.
Can donors give to more than one restriction?
Yes! To turn on multi-restriction giving, go to Givi > My Givi Profile and scroll down to the Givi Settings section. Once you set the toggle to the “on” position, donors will be able to give to one, some, or all of your restrictions in one donation.
Please note: You need to have at least one active restriction in Givi before you can toggle on multi-restriction giving.
Does Givi support GiftAssist?
You can toggle on GiftAssist for Givi by going to Givi > My Givi Profile > Givi Settings. Once you toggle on GiftAssist, donors can choose to add a small amount to their donation to assist with processing fees.
How do I know when a donation was made in Givi?
You can set up admin notifications for Givi just like you can for Qgiv and peer-to-peer forms. You can easily add a recipient from the Givi > My Givi Profile > Admin Notifications area.
Do Givi donors get receipts?
They sure do. Your Givi form has its own set of receipts that can be customized. To access them, click Givi in your control panel, and then click Receipts. To read about the types of Givi receipts and how to customize them, read this Help Desk article.
