With Registration Sync, you can sync attendee information from Qgiv by Bloomerang standard events, peer-to-peer campaigns, and auctions directly into your Bloomerang CRM database. That way, you can easily capture constituent information for attendees and participants who may not have corresponding transaction information. This is a great way to segment your potential donors!
Please note: Registration Sync is currently available only for standard events, peer-to-peer campaigns, and auctions with fewer than 1000 attendees and for users with an active Bloomerang integration. Events that are older than two years are not eligible for syncing.

How to Enable Registration Sync
To enable Registration Sync for your events, campaigns, and auctions, you’ll first need to activate the setting in your Bloomerang integration.
Navigate to Integrations and click Manage for the Bloomerang integration settings.
Navigate to the Export Settings and toggle on Enable Registration Sync Beta.
Click Save to update your settings.
Pro tip: Enabling Registration Sync won't impact existing mappings you may have set up for Events. Optional Mappings for Events create event transactions in your CRM, while Registration Sync creates event interactions. Registration Sync also won't be affected if you choose to Exclude a mapping in your Optional Mappings.

In order for an attendee to be eligible to sync, you’ll need the attendee’s First Name, Last Name, and Email address.
Please note: If you’ve enabled invoices as a payment method for your standard events, attendees with unfulfilled invoices won’t be eligible to sync.
The Sync Eligibility column will display as Available or Incomplete based on the attendee’s data.
You can update an attendee’s information by clicking the Edit link at the far right of each row.
Clicking Edit for a standard event attendee will open the details for all attendees in the transaction.
Clicking Edit for an auction attendee will open the Attendee Details page in the Auction Virtual Terminal.
Clicking Edit for a peer-to-peer participant will open the Edit Participant screen.
When you’re ready to sync attendee data, click the Sync Registrations / Sync Participants button.

Once an attendee has been synced, you’ll see a date in the Sync Date column.
Back in your Bloomerang integration settings, you’ll see a new table on the Export History tab that lists your Registration Sync history.
Pro tip: If you update an attendee’s information after you’ve synced, those changes won’t be made in the CRM. You may want to wait until your event or campaign has ended to sync your attendees and participants to ensure all of the data is accurate.
