With Registration Sync, you can sync attendee information from standard Qgiv by Bloomerang events directly into your Bloomerang CRM database. That way, you can easily capture constituent information for event attendees who may not have corresponding transaction information, which in turn, is a great way to segment potential donors!
Please note: Registration Sync is currently available only with standard events with fewer than 1000 attendees and for users with an active Bloomerang integration. Events that are older than two years are not eligible for syncing. Registration Sync is not supported on peer-to-peer and auction forms.

How to Enable Registration Sync
To enable Registration Sync for your events, you’ll first need to activate the setting in your Bloomerang integration.
Navigate to Integrations and click Manage for the Bloomerang integration settings.
Navigate to the Export Settings and toggle on Enable Registration Sync Beta.
Click Save to update your settings.
Pro tip: Enabling Registration Sync won't impact existing mappings you may have set up for Events. Optional Mappings for Events create event transactions in your CRM, while Registration Sync creates event interactions. Registration Sync also won't be affected if you choose to Exclude a mapping in your Optional Mappings.
How to Use Registration Sync for Your Events
Registration Sync Table
With Registration Sync enabled in the integration, navigate to your Event form and click Sync for the event you’d like to sync.
Alternatively, you can click Edit for the event and then navigate to the Registration Sync tab.
On the Registration Sync tab, you’ll see a table listing your event’s registered attendees.
The columns in the table are sortable, and above the table is a search bar you can use to search for attendees by name, email address, or ID.
Syncing Registrations
In order for an attendee to be eligible to sync, you’ll need the attendee’s First Name, Last Name, and Email address.
Please note: If you’ve enabled invoices as a payment method for your event, attendees with unfulfilled invoices won’t be eligible to sync.
The Sync Eligibility column will display as Available or Incomplete based on the attendee’s data.
You can update an attendee’s information by clicking the Edit link at the far right of each row. Clicking Edit will open the details for all attendees in the transaction.
When you’re ready to sync attendee data, click the Sync Registrations button.
Review the modal and then click Sync. This will queue the sync process.
The button will display as Syncing until the process is complete, and you can hover over the button for additional details.
Once an attendee has been synced, you’ll see a date in the Sync Date column.
Back in your Bloomerang integration settings, you’ll see a new table on the Export History tab that lists your Registration Sync history.
Pro tip: If you update an attendee’s information after you’ve synced, those changes won’t be made in the CRM. You may want to wait until your event has ended to sync your event attendees to ensure all of the data is accurate.
