We update the Qgiv system biweekly. Keep reading for a selection of the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the latest update.
Features and Enhancements ✨
- New control panel navigation is here! Check out this article for an in-depth tour. We hope you love the new design!
- Wix users with an embedded donation form should once again be seeing the form fully displayed on the site.
- You can now change the visibility for Auction items and P2P Store items after activity for the items has begun. In other words, an item that you set up to be only visible during “Registration” could be changed to “Registration and Auction” after attendees have purchased the item.
- The new Bloomerang integration now supports refunds and split gifts. With split gifts, transactions that include multiple packages or restrictions will now be grouped together, rather than creating multiple records in Bloomerang.
Bug Fixes 🐛
- Donation forms are once again rendering as expected for donors using text-to-donate.
- Express Donate gifts using PayPal are now better capturing donors' details to ensure you have all the transaction information you need.
- The “Send Email to Event Attendees” tool now no longer will send emails to attendees who have marked themselves as “not attending”.
- Standard event custom fields that aren’t associated with any packages can now be cloned to a new event.
- The transaction notes field in the Virtual Terminal is now saving as expected for all peer-to-peer registration transactions.
- Auction attendee notifications are once again respecting the event’s time zone.
- The Custom Fields filter for the Qgiv Donations report is once again displaying responses as expected.
- Virtuous users! We’ve tweaked the way we map Text-to-Donate transactions to the integration to ensure restrictions are mapping as expected.
