We update the Qgiv system biweekly. Keep reading for a selection of the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the latest update.

Features and Enhancements ✨

• Auction users! When assigning items to a category, there’s now filtering in place to ensure that items of a particular type (Auction, Store, or Fund-a-Need) can only be added to categories that match their type.
• Speaking of auctions we’ve clarified the error message that displays when you try to check in an auction attendee who has already checked in.
• Also, Auction Virtual Terminal users no longer have to enter cardholders' names twice when processing a registration or donation.
• When exporting constituents to Raiser’s Edge NXT, Qgiv constituent IDs are now shorter and set on the Raiser’s Edge side.

Bug Fixes 🐛

• Admins can now edit the phone number for a transaction even if the phone field isn’t shown on the public-facing form.
• Recurring gifts are once again showing as expected in donors' Giving Dashboards.
• GiftAssist is once again processing as expected in the Virtual Terminal.
• GiftAssist and event donations now only appear once per transaction on the Event Attendees download.
• Attempting to set an event package start date in the past once again displays an error message, as intended.
• The %DeductAmount% and %CurrentDeductAmount% receipt tags no longer show a negative amount if the amount paid for an event registration is less than Fair Market Value.
• The Recurring ID details page is once again accurately reflecting the “Credited To” fields for peer-to-peer donations.
• The %GiftAssistCost% receipt tag is now displaying the correct amount in the peer-to-peer receipts.
• There’s no longer a GiftAssist checkbox when adding a payment method in the Auction Virtual Terminal.
• The Auction Attendees and Auction Purchased Items reports are now displaying Attendee Status for all auction registrants, even if a bidder number has not yet been assigned.
• We’ve adjusted some of the Thermometer report’s logic around GiftAssist to ensure the report matches the thermometer widget.
