Qgiv's organization-level navigation was updated in July 2024 in be more streamlined and intuitive, making it easier to get to where you need to go in the system.
In this article, we’ll take you on our tour through the new navigation to ensure you can find all the settings, reporting, and features you know and love.

All of the navigation is on the left side of the screen. Let’s go through each navigation item and what you can find there.
Forms
The first navigation item is Forms.
Clicking this item will display a list of all your forms.
You can search for a specific form at the top of list and click the tag icon to display forms by their info tags, if you’ve assigned tags to forms.
Exit this menu by clicking the X icon.
Dashboard
Clicking this item will return you to the Dashboard.
Reporting
The Reporting navigation item contains links to the general Reports area, the Transactions report, Batches & Settlements for Worldpay users, the Recurring Forecast report, the Recurring Payments report, a list of Donors with accounts, and the Custom Reports area.
Fundraising
The Fundraising navigation item contains links to the Form Management area (the My Qgiv page), Givi settings, organization-level Receipts, the Embed widgets area, and Form Tags.
If you have the Text Fundraising package, you’ll also see links to the SMS Management area and the Send Text Messages interface.
Integrations
Clicking the Integrations item will take you to the Service Integrations page in your account.
Data Tools
The Data Tools navigation item contains links to the API Access settings, Data Mapping, the offline Donations Import tool, the Facebook Donations Import tool, and the Donor Summary area.
Please note: You may not see all of these options, depending on your organization’s Plans and Pricing.
The next four navigation items were previously along the top of your dashboard.
Support
The Support navigation item offers a quick way to get to the home page of the Qgiv Help Desk. You’ll also find direct links to the Submit a Ticket form, the Qgiv User Community, and the biweekly Product Updates.
Virtual Terminal
The Virtual Terminal is where you can process offline donations and event registrations, as well as manage auction events.
Settings
The gear icon houses your Organization Settings, including Organization Information and User Logs, the add and remove Users interface, your monthly Statements, and your organization’s Plans & Pricing page.
If you’ve enabled PayPal for your organization, this is also where you’ll find the Manage PayPal page.
My Information
Finally, the My Information navigation item includes your My Profile page, the organization-level Notifications area, any organization Invites (if applicable), and a link to Log Out. If you’re a user for multiple organizations, this is also where you can switch between organizations.
