Home Page
This is your campaign hub where you'll provide thermometers and leaderboards, when applicable, showing progress towards the end goal for your campaign. You can provide information for your registrants and donors, provide easy access to registration and donation options, and show options to visit your store. This page is gone over in much more detail in the Campaign Builder article.
Fundraising Pages
Participant Fundraising Page
Here, you can configure the default fundraising page for your participants. Depending on how you configure the page, you can still provide ample opportunities for participants to personalize their pages. If needed, you also have the ability to lock down the content here to provide for less personalization.
You have two settings that will determine how much control your registrants have.
One is a toggle in the Campaign Builder toolbox for allowing users to sort widgets on the page. This applies to all widgets and would let participants change the widgets' placement. By default, this toggle is OFF.
You can also enable or disable the ability for your registrants to edit content PER widget and/or hide/show the widgets. These are located in the settings of each widget, and by default they are toggled ON.
Team Fundraising Page
Here, you can configure the default team page for any teams that register for your campaign. The team creator and anyone promoted to team captain will be able to personalize the page, depending on how you configure the default page. The team page will have a unique URL that its team members can send out to solicit donations directly to the team. Each member will also have their own personal page URL that will point their supporters to the page we talked about above.

The classification captain will be able to personalize the page. The classification page will have a unique URL that its members can send out to solicit donations directly to the classification.

The Participant Leaderboard Page is the page you can configure that will show rankings for all your registrants.

Classification List
The Classification List page displays all your campaign's classifications. Visitors to the page can view classifications' progress towards their goals, and there’s also a classification search tool so visitors can easily locate a classification and visit its fundraising page.
Donation Form Pages
The Donation Form pages are where you can customize the donation modal that appears whenever someone clicks the Donate button on your peer-to-peer site.
To customize the donation form, choose one of the Donation Form options from the navigation drop-down in your toolbar.
Donation Form: Choose Gift
Choose Your Gift is the first step of the donation form. When you click the gear icon in the Choose Your Gift area, you'll see the default Title text and an Additional Text where you can customize the text displayed on your form. Be sure to click Update after making changes!
Clicking the gear icon in the donation amounts area will open the Choose Gift Settings, which include wording and settings for that section of the form.
Wording Tab
On the Wording tab, you'll find multiple fields to customize.
Please note: The fields you see here will vary depending on your campaign’s settings.
The majority of the wording here is the same as the wording settings on standard donation forms.
Settings Tab
On the Settings tab, users can decide whether the form should Default to the One-Time or Recurring gift tab. The Default Tab will appear on the left side of the widget. From here, users can also select an Alternate Button Style for the donation amount buttons and determine the Alignment for donation amounts.
Fundraising Recipient Settings
Next up, you can configure the settings and wording for allowing a donor to choose a recipient for their donation.
When a donor clicks the overall campaign donation button from anywhere within your peer-to-peer site, they'll see a widget that gives them the option to apply their donation to a team, classification, or individual participant's goal.
If the Campaign is enabled as a possible fundraising recipient in the Fundraising Settings, they'll see a checkbox to contribute to the overall campaign.
If you don’t want to display this area, you can hide it by checking the box at the top of the widget’s settings. When hidden, donors won't be asked to choose a recipient.
If a donor clicks the Donate button on the fundraising page for a team or an individual participant, their donation will automatically be applied to that particular entity. The donor will see the name of the participant or team as well as their fundraising thermometer.
If a donation helps an entity reach its goal, a celebration animation and message will display.
If you don’t want to display the animation, you can hide it by checking the box at the bottom of the widget’s settings.
If you want to hide the thermometer altogether, you can use the drop-down at the beginning of the Recipient Thermometer section. The default setting is to hide the thermometer once the recipient's fundraising goal has been met.
Additional Fields
If you've enabled GiftAssist and Dedications on your form, these fields will appear below the fundraising recipient area. While you can edit the Dedication fields, the same option is not available with GiftAssist. That language is changed under Donation Settings.
You can also control in which order Dedications and GiftAssist appear on your form. Simply click on the edge of the GiftAssist box and drag it up or down to move it above or below the Dedication section.
Finally, you can customize the language of the text of the Give button on your form. Click the gear icon on the Give button section of the form to open the Footer Settings. There, you can customize the form's Continue Button Label.
Donation Form: Donor Details
On the Donor Details step of your form, you can customize the text in the following areas by clicking the gear icon:
- Name field
- Details field
This field contains a tag that automatically populates the name entered by the donor.
- Privacy Options label
You can also choose to hide the “Privacy Options” label for this section.
Donation Form: Additional Details
You can set a variety of fields to display in the Additional Details step of your form, including dedications, matching gifts, and custom fields. You can adjust the Title and Additional Text of this section by clicking the gear icon.
Please note: This section won't appear in Campaign Builder until you configure certain features in your control panel and choose to display them in the Additional Details step.
If you've configured dedications to appear in this part of your form, you can also edit the labels associated with them.
Donation Form: Payment Details
The Payment Details step of your form contains quite a few options for field label customization. Let's break it into sections:
Gift Summary
These fields control the text that displays when a donor has selected their donation amount.
Billing Address
You can customize field labels for billing address and the checkbox that indicates the donor's billing address is the same as their mailing address. Remember, you have the option to toggle these on and off in your billing fields.
Accounts: Create New / Signed In
The fields here will appear in the donor account creation area if you've toggled on the ability for donors to create accounts. This can be adjusted in your Campaign Settings.
Recurring Upgrade
If you enabled the Recurring Upgrade prompt for the donation form, this is where you can customize the wording for the prompt.
You can also customize the Submit Button Label in the Footer Settings.
Donation Form: Confirmation
Editing Confirmation Content
On your Confirmation page, you can customize the majority of the text that isn't pulled directly from the transaction details! Click the gear icon to edit the field labels.
You’ll find sections here to customize wording for General labels, the Gift Summary, Personal Details, Privacy Options, Payment Details, and Additional Details. You can also decide whether or not to Show Custom Fields on the confirmation page.
Express Donate Additional Fields
If you've enabled Express Donate on your peer-to-peer donation form, donors will skip the following fields during the donation process:
- Privacy Options (System Field)
- Phone (System Field)
- I would like to get news and updates from {OrgNameHere}! (System Field)
- Employer (System Field)
- Any custom field
These fields will, instead, appear on the Confirmation page after the receipt, in the order they would normally display on the donation form:
You can edit the Heading of this area and the Send button text by clicking the corresponding gear icons on the Confirmation step.
Donor Account Widget
On the Confirmation page, you can customize Donor Account language if Donor Accounts are enabled for your form. While in Campaign Builder, you’ll see options to create a donor account or go to an existing donor account. However, when viewing this form live, your donors will see only one of these options at a time. Which option donors see depends on whether they gave while logged into a Donor Account.
Clicking the gear icon for the Donor Account section of the confirmation page enables users to edit headings for one-time and recurring donations, the Save button label, the heading for donors logged into a donor account, and the additional text associated with the My Account Heading.
Social Sharing Widget (only available on Confirmation and Recurring Summary pages)
The social sharing widget appears on your Confirmation page by default. If you'd like to remove it, click the trash can icon in the upper right-hand corner of the widget. The widget offers a way for donors to share that they made a gift via:
- X
When you click the gear icon to edit, you can enable or disable any of the sharing options. You can customize the default content that gets shared on X in the Default Post Content field.
Donation Form: Recurring Summary
Donors can access the Recurring Summary page from the email they receive after setting up a recurring gift or making a recurring gift payment.
If you want to edit the contents of the page, you can do so from the Donation Form: Recurring Summary page in Campaign Builder.
As with other pages in Campaign Builder, you can adjust most of the Recurring Summary’s wording by clicking the gear icons on the page’s widgets.
You can edit the wording for the Header Content, the Ongoing Gift Details, the Ongoing Gift History, the Donor Account prompt, and the Cancel Ongoing Gift button. The Social Sharing widget is also included on this page by default, but it can be removed.
You can also add Thermometer, Heading, Text, Spacing, Custom Content, and Social Sharing widgets to this page.
Registration Pages
Header, Navigation Buttons, and Footer
All the registration pages—except the Registration Receipt—include options to change wording for the header, navigation buttons, and footer sections of the page.
To access the header wording options, click the gear icon at the top right of the header area.
You have a number of options here, including customization of the Registration Ended message, which will display after your registration deadline, if you have a cut-off date in the Campaign Settings.
The navigation button and footer wording options are more limited but include the ability to change the button labels and security label for your registration.

Please note: To populate a specific classification name in the labels on this page, you can use the %ClassificationLabel% tag.

To change any of the verbiage that appears on this page, click the gear icon in the top right corner of the relevant widget.
Registration: Receipt
The Registration Receipt page includes a summary of the transaction and directs fundraising participants to access their Fundraising Accounts.
The wording for fundraising accounts can be customized for different scenarios, including for new users who haven’t set up an account and for returning users who have already set up an account.
If you've enabled QR tickets for the event, you can customize the Ticket Confirmation Message and View Tickets Link.
If your campaign has start/end dates, you'll see an Add to Calendar widget.
You can also customize the receipt footer on this page.
Please note: Some of the wording on the Registration Receipt page is controlled by the Your Summary area, such as the Subtotal, Total, and Shipping labels. If you want to customize the wording for those labels on this page, you’ll need to navigate to the Your Summary wording settings.
Search Page
In addition to the search bar at the top of the peer-to-peer site, you can have a dedicated search page for site visitors who want to search for specific participants and teams.
Store Pages
Store Front
If you have a store available outside of registration, this is the page where folks will browse and purchase products.
Store Billing
If you have a storefront, this is the page where folks can adjust the items in their carts, add shipping options (when applicable), and enter payment information.
Store Receipt
After completing a purchase via the storefront, your purchasers will be directed to an online receipt page summarizing the details of their purchase.
Sponsors
This is a default peer-to-peer site page that can be configured to display your sponsors, if applicable. If you don't have sponsors, you can delete the widget along with the navigation item pointing people to this page. The sponsors widget gives users the ability to choose what information to display about the sponsors. You can choose to display the sponsor name, logo, their URL, and a description for each of your sponsors.
