Your form-level dashboard is where you can see a quick picture of your donation and event data for a specific form. You’ll find multiple tools to help you focus in on certain data sets. When you select a form from My Qgiv or by using the Go to a Form option, you’ll land on the Online Processing Overview graph (for donation forms) or the Event Overview (for peer-to-peer or auction forms).

Online Processing Overview
The Online Processing Overview is the page you'll land on when you first navigate to a donation form. To view the Online Processing Overview for a peer-to-peer or auction form, use the drop-down in the top left corner.
By default, the Online Processing Overview graph shows the total dollar amount of all transactions for the current month. Along the top, you'll see information about contributions processed, transaction numbers, and average gift size.
You can change the timeframe by using the drop-down in the upper-right corner. If you select Custom Date Range, fields will appear so you can enter your desired dates.
The last filtering options you entered will be saved, so if you have a particular data set you prefer to have loaded upon login, you can set those filters and the associated data will display the next time you visit the dashboard! Keep in mind that a graph covering a broad timeframe with a large amount of transactions may take longer to load than one set for a shorter period of time.
By moving the sliders back and forth along the top of the graph, you can zoom in on a certain section of the graph, as shown below. To return to the standard view, click Show all.
If you ever see the data line on your graph dip below zero, as shown in the graph above, it means refunds were processed in an amount greater than the donations and/or event registrations processed that day.
Below the graph, you’ll see some additional information about processing type and source laid out in donut charts.
Breakdown by Event
If you're viewing a donation form, in the drop-down located in the upper-left corner, you can choose to view a breakdown of transactions by event.
If you’d like to view only certain events, click the funnel icon to enter and apply your filtering preferences.
With this filter, you can also choose whether or not to Include Event Donations, Include Offline Donations, or Include Invoices (if you've activated invoicing for your organization).
Breakdown by Restriction
For donation forms, peer-to-peer events, and auction events, you can display a graph that shows a breakdown of transactions by restriction. You can access and apply filtering options in the same manner as described above.
Breakdown by Text Campaign
If your organization employs text fundraising on your donation forms, you can view the Breakdown by Text Campaign to see the amount of fulfilled and unfulfilled donations from text fundraising campaigns tied to your forms.
Fulfilled text fundraising promises appear blue. Unfulfilled promises appear yellow until they're paid.
You can filter results to view only transactions from a specific text campaign. Click the filter then select the campaign from the filter menu.
Event Overview
When you open a peer-to-peer or auction form instead of a standard Qgiv donation form, the default dashboard view is the Event Overview. This consists of financial information such as the amount raised, the amount left to be raised, the percentage to goal, etc.
Beneath the financials are two donut charts showing a Donations Overview (for peer-to-peer)/Auction Overview (for auctions) and a Constituents Overview.
These charts share important data about your event fundraising and participants.
The Donations/Auction Overview shows the sources of your donations and the amount raised by each source. These sources distinguish between both Offline Verified and Offline Unverified and Matching Verified and Matching Unverified to make it easy to track the amount of offline donations or matching gifts that still must be confirmed by your organization.
The Constituents Overview breaks down your peer-to-peer/auction event supporters by constituent type. This allows you to quickly determine how many registrants, teams, and donors supported your peer-to-peer event (or how many bidder and donors supported your auction).
Below the donut charts is the Recent Transactions table, which shows the most recent transactions to your peer-to-peer event.
Breakdown by Category and Breakdown by Classification
You can also break down your peer-to-peer dashboard by Category and Classification. These views display your event's Categories and Classifications in a chart similar to the Event Breakdown tab on the Form-Level Dashboard for standard Qgiv donation forms.
Form Comparison Tool
The last dashboard view is the Form Comparison Tool, which gives users the ability to compare the performance for two different forms or the same form across different date ranges. This is great for determining which events or donation forms perform best and gauging year-over-year event performance.
For instance, in this example, the Form Comparison Tool is set up to compare the year-over-year performance of one peer-to-peer form. The same form is selected for comparison on both sides. The Date Range to compare has been set so one side shows 2019 Fundraising Totals and the other shows the fundraising totals for 2020.
You could just as easily compare two different forms by selecting two separate forms to compare.
Enjoy crunching your data!
