If you'd like to have a form permanently deleted from your account, we can do that for you! You can submit a support request or give us a call at 888.855.9595.
If you're an admin, you can make a form inactive, which can be done from the Form Management area of your organization-level control panel.
Within either card or list view, click the Active/Inactive switch.
In the card view, the switch is in the upper right corner of the form.
In the list view, the switch is in the Status column to the right of each form name.
When a form is inactive, the following message will be displayed if someone visits the form's URL.
You can reactivate a form at any time by clicking the Active/Inactive switch.
