Please note: Kiosks must be activated by a member of the Support team before you will see any kiosk settings in your control panel. If you're interested in learning more about kiosks, please reach out to support@qgiv.com.
Once a donor has either logged in or selected to continue as a guest, they’ll be taken to a navigation screen. What appears on this screen is controlled in the Navigation tab. You can add general donation options, or you can tailor your options to link to certain events, restrictions, or custom URLs, such as your organization’s home page or a video.

Adding a New Navigation Item
Click Add New Navigation Item to get started.
A drop-down will appear so you can choose the type of navigation item you’d like to add: Split Webview, Full Webview, Events, or Restrictions. Navigation items will appear as buttons on the kiosk screen.
A note about Events and Restrictions:
Via the kiosk, donors can register for and donate to events you’ve set up in your Qgiv control panel. For more information on how to set up an event, click here.
You can also provide donors with the option to direct their gifts to certain areas of your organization, such as a general fund, by creating donation restrictions. Only normal restrictions are displayable on kiosks. Custom restrictions that include sub-restrictions will not display. For more information on how to add and manage restrictions, click here.

Restrictions
Please note: Restrictions navigations items are not synonymous with restrictions on your forms. Keep reading to learn more!
Restrictions navigation items are how you add donation options to your kiosk. If you want donors to be able to direct their gift to specific areas of need, you can set up restrictions to associate with this navigation item, but you don’t have to. The only thing you need to add a Restrictions navigation item to a kiosk is at least one Donation Amount on your form.
For more information on how to set up donation amounts, click here.
If you decide to link a Restrictions navigation item to a specific restriction, you can link to one, multiple, or all of your donation restrictions, as long as they aren’t custom restrictions.
For each restriction to which you’d like to link, you must enable the kiosk display option. This can be done from the Qgiv control panel. From your control panel, click Form Settings, then click Restrictions. In the main listing, locate the restriction you’d like to display and click Edit. Scroll down to the Display Options area, where you’ll click the Kiosk icon.
Make sure you click Save Restriction!
To add a Restrictions item, select Restrictions from the Type drop-down.
In the Label field, enter the text you’d like to appear on the button that will display on the kiosk screen.
In the Associate Navigation Item With Specific Restriction(s) field, click to display a list of your restrictions and select the restriction or restrictions to which you’d like to link. You can also Select All. If you don’t have any restrictions set up for your form, choose Select All.
You can also link your restriction navigation item to one, multiple, or all of your donation amounts.
In the Associate Navigation Item With Specific Amount(s) field, click to display a list of your donation amounts and select the amount or amounts to which you’d like to link. You can also Select All.
Click Add New Navigation Item. Your navigation item will appear as a button on the kiosk screen. You can also choose to Cancel your actions.
Split Webview and Full Webview
A Split Webview navigation item requires you to enter a URL to which you’d like to link. Split webview means that when the URL is opened, it will display on a split screen along with the donor’s transaction total.
A Full Webview navigation item requires you to enter a URL to which you’d like to link. Full webview means that when the URL is opened, it will display in full screen mode.
The process for adding either option is the same. Choose which type you’d like from the drop-down.
In the Label section, enter the text you’d like to appear on the button that will display on the kiosk screen.
In the URL section, fill in the address of the site you’d like displayed.
