Please note: The new Facebook Pages experience lacks support for custom Page tabs. If you already have the Qgiv tab on your organization's Facebook page, we are not removing it, but Facebook will at some point. They have not published an exact timeline for when that will happen, so we have added a redirect link so supporters can still find your donation form.
We advise pinning a post with a link to one of your Qgiv donation forms at the top of your organization’s Facebook page so supporters can easily find where to make their donation.
In the Share Your Form area, you can add an image and content that will display when someone shares your form on Facebook.
Sharing Content on Facebook
Here, you can add an image and content that will be displayed whenever someone shares your donation form on Facebook.
To add an image, click Change Thumbnail to access the images on your computer and choose the one you’d like to use.
Once you’ve made your selection, the image will appear in the editing area where you can make adjustments by dragging and dropping the image until it appears how you’d like. You can also zoom in and out, depending on the size and resolution of the image. Once the image is configured to your satisfaction, click I’m Done Editing.
You can change your image at any time by clicking Change Thumbnail. If you’d like to reset the image to default (no image will appear), click Reset Facebook Thumbnail.
In the Facebook Description box, enter the text you’d like to display when your form is shared.
When you’re done making changes, click Save Social Settings. You may also choose to Cancel your actions.
Donors can share your form by clicking the social sharing buttons located on your form and/or online confirmation page, if you have them enabled in Form Builder.
