Please note: Online transactions, Qgiv offline transactions, and peer-to-peer offline verified transactions will be exported. Refunds, voids, and chargebacks will not.

Getting Started
Before you can integrate your Fellowship One account, you must grant Qgiv permission to connect with your account.
First, log in to the Fellowship One portal and click Admin. In the Integration section, select Applications.
In the 3rd Party Application list, click Qgiv.
Enable the Qgiv application by clicking the Grant access button.
To integrate your Fellowship One account with Qgiv, click the Service Integrations item found under Reporting in your organization’s control panel.
Click Add a New Integration.
Click the Fellowship One icon.
You’ll be asked for your Church Code.
Once you’ve entered your code, click Activate. A window will appear for you to enter your login credentials.
Settings Screen and Export Frequency
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be taken to a screen where you can configure your settings.
Use the calendar to choose the date on which you’d like to start exporting data. If you'd like to export data from a date prior to the current date, you can set your calendar accordingly so historical transaction data will be exported.
In the Frequency drop-down, choose Manual, Hourly, Daily, or Every 15 Minutes exports.
If you choose Daily exports, you’ll also be able to choose the time (Eastern) for the export to occur.
Connection Details
The API Connection shows you if your API status is active. When your API Connection expires and reverts back to pending status, an admin notification can be sent to let you know so you can reestablish the integration. Jump to the end of this article to read about enabling the notification for service integrations.
Beneath the Frequency drop-down is a display for the Connection Details.
Connection Details show which Fellowship One account the service integration is exporting donor data to. To switch Fellowship One accounts or re-establish a lapsed connection, click the Re-Authenticate button below the Connection Details box.
Clicking Re-authenticate will open a prompt to enter your Church Code.
Once you've entered the church code for the account you'd like to export donor data to, click Activate to re-establish the connection to the service integration. To leave the integration the way it is, click Cancel.
Settings Toggles
There are three toggle buttons beneath the export data starting on field.
The first lets users set an end date for exporting data via this integration.
The second toggle button allows you to exclude offline and matching donations.
Please note: If you choose to export offline and matching donations, only verified transactions will be included.
The last toggle excludes donations made through Facebook.
Default Values
The Fund drop-down menu will be your default mapping location. All activity will be exported to this default value if you don’t add any additional mappings and will be used as the backup mapping location if a particular transaction hasn’t been mapped elsewhere. These funds are pulled directly from your instance of Fellowship One.
If there’s any extra information you’d like to add to the memo field upon export, you can choose from the options in the Extra Info drop-down menu.
You can make multiple selections – they’ll appear one at a time below the drop-down menu as you select them.
When you’ve configured your settings to your liking, click Save. You may also choose to Cancel your actions.
If you’d like to delete your integration, click the trash can icon.
Optional Mappings
If you'd like a specific data set mapped to something other than the default value in the settings area, use the Optional Mappings area. You can get there by clicking the small arrow to the left of the Fellowship One text in the settings window.
For example, if you’d like to export data for a specific form, click Form, then select Add Mapping.
In the Qgiv Data drop-down, you’ll need to select which Qgiv form you’d like to export data from.
In the Fellowship One Data drop-down, you’ll first need to select if you want to set up a mapping or exclude the data.
Excluding is useful for transactions you don't want exported, such as a $0 category for a peer-to-peer campaign.
If you choose Map To:, your next step is to select the export destination in Fellowship One.
When you’ve configured your mapping, click Save. You may also choose to Cancel your actions or Delete Export Type.
The process is similar for each data set shown in the Optional Mappings area.
For restrictions, you’ll see another drop-down menu. If you have subrestrictions, a menu will appear for those, as well.
For Qgiv events, you can map all the way down to the package level, if desired.
You can also map text campaigns:
You also have some options for mapping peer-to-peer data.
Peer-to-Peer Forms
Peer-to-Peer Classification
Peer-to-Peer Category
Peer-to-Peer Restriction
Peer-to-Peer Store
When mapping store data, you have the option to map all the way down to the individual product level, if desired.

Auction Restriction

Running an Export and Export History
When you’re ready to run an export, click Run Export, which is located in the upper-right corner of your settings window. This is only necessary if you chose the Manual export option.
Otherwise, Hourly exports are scheduled to run once per hour at 15 minutes past the hour, but they are not guaranteed to run at exactly 15 minutes past. Actual run times depend on the server load. Daily exports will run at the time you chose.
Please note: If you're exporting for the first time or have a large number of transactions to bring over, we'd recommend setting your export start and end dates to export one week at a time to avoid hitting API limits.
You’ll receive a message in a pop-up alerting you that your export was completed. If successful, you’ll see the following:
If there were any issues during the export, you’ll see a message similar to the following:
To the right of your settings, you’ll see an Export History table which displays the name and date of each export. It holds up to 10 entries. To view all export history, click the button below the table.
When you do so, you’ll open the Export History Report. The Export History Report will display all exports across your service integrations. You can view which individual records in the report table.
You may notice an icon that looks like the outline of a person with a plus sign. This means a new contact was created in Fellowship One as the result of a new donor or registrant.
We check for existing/duplicate accounts based on email only.

Deleting the Integration
If this service integration is no longer needed, it can be deleted by clicking the trash can icon from the Service Integrations menu.
After deleting the service integration, if you need to re-enable it you can reconnect just like when you originally set up the service integration. To save you time and prevent you from accidentally creating duplicate records, you'll be promted to Import History when you establish your integration again. Note that this will not import any past integration settings. If you would rather start with a clean slate, select No, start from scratch instead.
To view a report of your integration exports, view the Export History Report.
