Depending on your processor, we can now set this up for you! Turnaround time is 24-48 hours, and the transaction fee is 1% more than what you pay for other credit card transactions. There are no additional cents-per-transaction fees added on top of the +$0.30 that is already in place.

Setting up directly with us helps with reconciliation and allows AMEX to be settled with other credit card transactions. Again, this depends on the merchant you're using.
If you would prefer to use your own processor, you can provide the SE (Service Establishment) number to us and we can also get that integrated. You can contact AMEX directly at 800-528-5200.
Once you have the SE number, call or email the Customer Experience team and provide us with the number. We'll integrate the AMEX account with your existing merchant account within 24-48 hours.
If you've gone the route of setting up your own, you'll negotiate AMEX fees with them directly; they'll also be the ones to settle any AMEX donations into your bank account.
