Transactions Report
If you've accessed reports via the View All Recent Activity button on your org-level dashboard, you’ll land on the Transactions report that includes activity for your entire organization. You can read more detailed information about that report here.
Peer-to-Peer Reports
You’ll notice that there are six peer-to-peer reports: Participants, Donations, Teams, Badges, Store, and Inventory. If at any time you'd like to access a complete listing of report types available to you from within the report filtering area, click the drop-down in the upper-right corner.
Participants
By default, you’ll get a list of the participants that have registered for the month for all of your active peer-to-peer campaigns.
If you click on Advanced Filtering, you can filter by Forms, Form Tags, Custom Fields, Source, Categories, Classifications, Teams, Promo Codes, Participant Statuses, Commitment Statuses, Check In Statuses, or Fundraising Roles.
In most cases, you’ll want to choose the Forms filter option to choose the campaign for which you want to pull information.
Your additional filtering options for Source include Public Form, Mobile Donation Form, Facebook Donation Form, Virtual Terminal, Mobile VT, SMS, Peer-to-Peer, Kiosk, and Givi.
If additional filters are needed, add those and then adjust your Range. There are several defaults for you to choose from, but All is generally a good option if you’re looking for a complete list.
You can also filter your results by transaction Status.
When you select a status or statuses other than all, your results will be filtered to only show transactions with one of the selected statuses.
Once you've chosen your filters, the table below will populate some basic information about your participants. You may also download a more detailed report via the download icon at the top of the screen—you’ll have all of the information on your participants.
Just like in the Transactions report, you can click on any of the Transaction IDs in the table to view more details along with additional options for editing and resending receipts.
Once you've set your filtering option, you can also save this report as a Custom Report to be accessed and downloaded later. When viewing the peer-to-peer participants report as a custom report, you can include Matching Information fields to track participants whose one-time campaign donations are expected to be matched.
Please note: Custom Reports are available with the Giving Essentials package. To add Giving Essentials to your plan, visit the Plans and Pricing page or contact the Customer Experience team.

Inventory
The Inventory Report makes tracking your peer-to-peer store item inventory simpler. In the case where your store items are limited in quantity, use the inventory report to determine the available stock of all your peer-to-peer store items.
By default a list of all of your peer-to-peer items is displayed (including items with unlimited stock). You have the option to use the Search Bar and Advanced Filtering dropdown menu to narrow down the results displayed.
You can filter by Forms, Form Tags, Products, Product Attributes, and Product Categories. With Advanced Filtering options selected, you can save the Inventory Report as a Custom Report that can be run again with the same filtering criteria.
Please note: Custom Reports are available with the Giving Essentials package. To add Giving Essentials to your plan, visit the Plans and Pricing page or contact the Customer Experience team.
You may also download the inventory report as either an Excel or .CSV file by clicking the Download button at the top of the report page.
In each of the Peer-to-Peer reports is a search bar. This allows you to filter your results by specific search terms. You can search a single record, or multiple records in either a range (all participant IDs ranged 2-4 for example) or specific terms separated by commas (such as a search for donors named Stan, Charles, or Betty).
