Please note: Kiosks must be activated by a member of the Support team before you will see any kiosk settings in your control panel. If you're interested in learning more about kiosks, please reach out to support@qgiv.com.
If you’re ever prompted for an authorization code via a status bar at the top of your kiosk screen, take a look at your kiosk list in the My Qgiv area of you Qgiv control panel. Locate the affected kiosk, which will show the toggle set to the off position. The activation column will display a code for you to enter on the kiosk screen.
On your kiosk screen, click the Authorize Now button.
To authorize your kiosk, type the code that appeared in your control panel into the Enter Your Authorization Code field on the kiosk screen, then tap the Authorize button. The codes aren’t case sensitive.
