You can! International address options are enabled by default, so anyone with an internationally-enabled card can enter an international billing address.
Your public-facing form has a Country drop-down. Address fields will update accordingly based off of which country is selected.
Pro tip: In the Form Settings area of your form-level control panel, you can change the currency format in the Internationalization Settings section.
