Setting up Apple Pay as a payment option makes it simple for your donors to use their existing Apple Pay accounts to make donations. Apple Pay appears as an option right on your form along with your other payment options for any donor using the Safari browser on an Apple mobile device.
This article will explain how to register for Apple Pay and get it onto your forms with Qgiv. We'll also show you what your donors will see when Apple Pay is active.
Please note: Apple Pay is not yet supported in the Givi app, on embedded forms, on forms with a custom domain, or with a merchant processor that is not WorldPay.

Apple Pay is available to clients using World Pay at all plan levels. Apple Pay does not charge an additional transaction fee for nonprofits, so your World Pay/Qgiv transaction fees will remain the same at 3.95% + $0.30 per transaction.
When you're looking at your reports in Qgiv, you'll see Apple Pay as the Payment Channel in the transaction details report, but the actual transaction processing goes through World Pay.
To accept donations using Apple Pay, you must be a verified nonprofit organization. To streamline the verification process with Apple Pay, Qgiv has partnered with Candid to verify your non-profit status.
To get set up, you'll first need to ensure you’ve done a couple of things on your end. Then, let our Customer Experience team know you’re interested in adding Apple Pay by emailing support@qgiv.com.

What Your Donors See
Once you've sent in your credentials, we'll get you all set up. When a donation or registration is made, Apple Pay will appear as a payment option on your form, as long as the donor is using Safari as their browser on an Apple mobile device.
Tapping the Apple Pay button will trigger a prompt where the donor can verify their payment method and authorize the transaction.
Once the donor Double Clicks to Pay, the transaction goes straight to processing. Voila—donation complete!
