If you want to provide feedback on how to make Qgiv's fundraising tools better, we want to hear from you. You can always provide feedback to our Customer Experience Team at support@qgiv.com or over the phone at 888-855-9595.
We also actively seek feedback from our users about our tools so that they best meet the needs of Qgiv users.
You can opt in to provide this feedback on your My Information page. When we have a product survey to collect feedback you'll receive communication from us to complete the survey and share your feedback.
Here's how to opt in to providing feedback:
First, navigate to your My Information page within Qgiv. To reach this page, click the My Profile link that appears when you hover over the letter at the bottom of the left-hand navigation.
This will open your My Information page. This page displays your email address, first name, and last name and is where you can enable two-factor authentication, change your password, and opt in to provide feedback.
Scroll down to the User Feedback Opt-In section of the My Information page. Toggle on Opt-in to user feedback communication to enable.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save My Information to save that change to your account.
That's all there is to it! You'll start to receive feedback communications when new feedback requests are made.
