We update the Qgiv system biweekly. Keep reading for a selection of the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the latest update.
Features and Enhancements ✨
- Bid sheets that display the winning bidder at the top along with all other non-winning bids below can now be printed from the Control Panel along with Item Sheets (formerly called Product Sheets) within the Manage Items area. When selecting Print All, organizations can choose if they’d like to print Bid and Item sheets or one or the other.
- Relatedly, all instances of “Product Sheet” have been changed to “Item Sheet” for better clarity and consistency.
- The auction leaderboard insight now remains if the page is refreshed.
- The donation tab of the Auction Virtual Terminal will now respect overall auction settings for the Opt-In display preference toggle.
- On the web Auction registration page, additional language has been added to encourage registrants to provide their mobile number in order to receive updates about the event.

For donor summaries, you can now filter by “All Active Forms” and see form status.
- A status filter has been added to the Auction Registration report.
- A new Packages Sold insight has been added to Org-Level Dashboards for Giving Essentials users
- A new data insight that shows checked in auction attendees has been added to Org-Level Dashboards.
- A new Event List Widget is available in Event Builder.
- Event landing page widgets, now have a display border setting (not available on Twitter).
- On the Auction manage tickets page, several small visual changes have been made to optimize user experience.
Bug Fixes 🐛
- The event description will now be pinned to the top of the event page when viewing on a mobile device regardless of how the event’s layout is altered.
- Peer-to-peer store images are now displaying as they should.
- Within Form Builder, you can now drag and drop to change the order of package field sets as expected.
- When registering for a peer-to-peer event from a team’s page, promo codes are now working as expected.
- In the Auction Attendee registration tab under additional information within the Virtual Terminal, the custom checkbox fields are saving and displaying as intended.
- On multi-step donation forms, the customizable link within the recurring donation tab is now displaying as intended.
- In peer-to-peer participants’ fundraising dashboards, the total verified amount for offline donations is now displaying correctly.
- Saved payment methods can be edited and are saving as expected.
- Required custom fields are no longer appearing as optional.
- Inactive peer-to-peer accounts are now being redirected to the log-in/sign up page.
- Event check in within the Virtual Terminal is working again as expected when accessed from mobile devices.
- Custom field entries are now saving as expected.
- Receipts for credited peer-to-peer store purchases are once again able to be resent.
