We update the Qgiv system biweekly. Keep reading for a selection of the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the latest update.
Features and Enhancements ✨
- The peer-to-peer Billed Transaction Details view now displays credited store purchase information.
- Logged in auction site users will now receive a warning that they will be logged out just before 2 hours of inactivity.
- For auction attendees, you can now search by sponsor name during check-in. This is especially helpful for sponsors that give their tickets away!
- The drop-down menu on the Auction Items page in the Virtual Terminal now defaults to All Categories instead of Auction Items.
- Donations received through Facebook can now be excluded when exporting to a service integration.
- The Bloomerang integration now supports soft credits for sub-registrants’ registration fees.
- Three new data insights have been added to org-level dashboards: Average Auction Item Sale Price, Bid Activity Over Time, and Percent of Goal Reached for peer-to-peer and auction events.
- When editing org-level receipts, a new tag for %OrganizationName% has been added to the Insert Tags drop-down menu.
- New attendee details columns have been added to the Auction Purchased Items report.
- Google is retiring Universal Analytics (UA) in July of 2023 to make way for Google Analytics 4 (GA4). To support the switch, GA4 codes can exist on forms in conjunction with the original UA code to ensure no data is lost during the transitionary period.
- Events Beta Updates
- With redesigned events, users can now set the event location to a country other than the United States.
- For Giving Essentials clients that have enabled QR ticket code check-in, guests will be able to view their QR codes instantly via a link on the ticket confirmation page.
- You can now prepopulate event fields such as the donation amount, name, or address fields from a unique event URL with Events Beta.
- A note has been added to the Qgiv Event Settings page to inform users they’ll need to navigate to General Form Settings to enable GiftAssist for Beta events.
