You certainly can! To get started, click Donor Summary in your control panel under Data Tools.

Please note: These summaries are intended for record-keeping purposes only. It’s up to you and your donors to determine what is and is not tax-deductible. Donor summaries are available in the Giving Essentials and Data packages. Contact us at support@qgiv.com if you'd like to add a package!
To view a summary of how much each donor has given for a specific timeframe, check the box next to each donor’s name, and then click the Continue button at the bottom of the screen.
On the next screen, you’ll configure the summary email that can be sent to donors.
Fill in the Summary Report Title, From Name, and Reply To Email Address, and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Preview Summary.
On the next screen, you can download a CSV or Excel file that shows the donor’s first and last name, email address, a count of how many times they’ve donated, and the grand total of their donations.
You can also click the PDF icon to view each individual donor summary.
If you decide you’d like to go ahead and send these summaries out, you can do so by clicking the Send Summary Email button.
