In order to keep your Qgiv event listing all spiffy and clean, you can archive past events that you don't want in your main listing.
When you archive a Qgiv event, it simply moves to the Archived tab in your events listing. You can still access the event settings, make changes, access data, clone the event, delete it, or move it back to the Active/Inactive tab. Archived events will not be accessible by people visiting your form. If someone still has the direct URL to an archived event, they'll see a message saying that they've entered an invalid event link with an option to return to your main Qgiv form.
To archive a Qgiv event, just click Archive next to the event name in the Events table.
Your event will be removed from the main listing and into the Archived tab, as shown below.
You can easily move your event back to the Active/Inactive tab by clicking Unarchive.
Your event will be moved back to the main listing as an inactive event. You'll need to toggle it back on if you wish to return it to Active status.
