We update the Qgiv system biweekly. Keep reading for a selection of the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes in the latest update.

Features and Enhancements ✨

• If your organization opts to use a live or pen and paper format for auction bidding in lieu of web or app-based bidding, you can now hide prompts for bidders to download Givi.
• You can now copy and paste data insights as images from your org-level dashboard.
• If your organization has the Giving Essentials package, can now view the total dollar amount contributed with GiftAssist on your org-level dashboard.
• Speaking of org-level dashboards, four other new data insights have been added: item performance, bid increment, days left until event, and average number per bids.
• Virtuous Integration users! The Marketing Segment and Project Default Value and Optional Mapping selection boxes no longer load all options by default and instead perform a live search against your organization's Virtuous data.
• Event staff can now filter the auction attendees table by status to quickly see attendees who are registered, checked in, paid, or checked out.
• Events Beta Updates
  • Our redesigned Events Beta is still in full swing, and now you can update legacy events on your own! Check out the Events Beta Quick-Start Guide to learn how!
  • If you’ve enabled one-time donations for your redesigned Qgiv events, a Donate button will now appear on the event landing page. With this new button, you can also use event landing pages to collect donations without offering event registrations or after registration has ended.

Bug Fixes 🐛

• Restrictions and sub-restrictions are now displaying for refunds in downloaded Transactions Reports. 

• The Recurring Donation Created email is no longer being sent to established recurring donors. If you’ve turned off the Recurring Donation Billed receipt, donors will receive the Standard Donation receipt with each installment of their gift.

• Your auction event pages should always look beautiful. This fix ensures that the auction item widget’s formatting consistently looks great!
• The View Transaction Details link in the admin dedication notification email is once again directing as expected.
